Douglas County Wave & Tidal Energy Project

This project is to develop civil engineering design criteria and cost for an oscillating water column collector system at the Reedsport, Oregon location. The project will identify fabrication requirements; launching and transportation processes; installation; scour protection; and, anchoring requirements.
