Ocean Energy Blue Tag Study

The purpose of this project is to provide the Oregon Wave Energy Trust (OWET) with a professional evaluation of various policy alternatives to address the above market price of ocean energy produced electricity. This evaluation covers both regulatory and voluntary approaches and includes a set of recommendations in each category.
